What is PiYo?
PiYo gets it's name from Pilates and Yoga. However, PiYo isn’t like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold poses for a long time or lead you through dozens of small repetitive core movements. PiYo speeds up everything by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn some serious calories.
With every class you can expect to build endurance, strengthen your muscles, and actively work on your flexibility. It's a beautifully well-rounded format set to fun upbeat music that has options for every body type to be successful.
